Bulldog wrestlers already 7-0 in duals

Freshman Quinn McGeough started his wrestling season on a high note, pinning his opponent in the Dec. 2 dual with De Soto.

Freshman Austin Schaller had an impressive fall against De Soto.

Austin Schlee pinned his De Soto opponent, picking up his first win of the season.

After a narrow loss in the first dual at North Crawford, Gabe McGeough rebounded by pinning his next opponent.

Kashton Mathis earned a fall in the North Crawford dual, adding to the Bulldogs' runaway advantage.

Audrey Ruff wrestled hard in a match against a North Crawford athlete.

Bulldogs rebound from close loss to Waukon with conference win over TV

Kaitlin Picha and the stingy Bulldog defense held Turkey Valley to just a 28 percent field goal percentage, and the Trojans made only two of 17 three pointers.

MFL MarMac boys off to 2-0 start

Freshman Zach Driscoll had a successful first week of varsity basketball, scoring 33 points in the season opener against Waukon. He hit five of six three pointers in the game, and followed that up with a 3-7 effort from behind the arc versus Turkey Valley.

Delaney Scherf was Central’s leading scorer in all three games last week—putting up double digits each time.
