Prairie girls defeat Westby 41-30

The Prairie du Chien girls basketball team gave themselves an early Christmas present last week when they defeated  visiting Westby 41-30 last Tuesday, Dec. 23 to snap a five-game losing streak.

 

Stats from were not available as of press time but the win improved the Hawks season record to 2-5 overall, while Westby dropped to 3-5 overall.

 

The Hawks traveled to Onalaska yesterday afternoon to take on the Hilltoppers in their final game of 2025. Prairie du Chien will return to the court to host Platteville next Thursday, Jan. 8 at 7:30 p.m.
