Dodgers hold off Prairie girls 44-37

The Prairie du Chien girls basketball team had a light week this past with only one game. That one game however was a conference home game against Dodgeville this past Friday night, Dec. 19.

 

Dodgeville held a seven point lead halfway through the second before the Hawks managed to cut the lead down to three with several chances to tie it up but the Hawks were unable to do so as the Dodgers pulled away late for the 44-37 win.

 

No stats for this game were available as of press time as Dodgeville improved their season record to 3-4 overall and 2-1 in the SWC, while the Hawks dropped to 1-5 overall and 0-3 in the SWC. 

 

The Hawks were scheduled to host Westby yesterday, Dec. 23 before traveling to Onalaska a week later on Dec. 30 to take on the Hilltoppers at 2:30 p.m.
