The Prairie du Chien girls basketball team hit the court twice last week following the cancellation of their scheduled non-conference game at Mineral Point last Tuesday, Dec. 9.
First up for the Hawks was a trek to Lancaster last Thursday night, Dec. 11 where the Flying Arrows handed the Hawks a 69-19 defeat.
PdC traveled to Platteville High School two days later to take on Mount Horeb as part of the Platteville Jamboree. The Vikings defeated the Hawks 62-18 as PdC fell to 1-4 on the season. Stats for both games were not available as of press time.
The Hawks return home this upcoming Friday night for their only game of the week when they host Dodgeville at 7:00 p.m.
