On Monday, June 23, 2025, Sandi Standorf surround by family, passed away at Eldora Specialty Care in Eldora, Iowa. 

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at Adams Celebration of Life. A memorial service followed visitation at 2:30 p.m. with burial taking place at Jackson Township Cemetery immediately after the service.    With honor, Adams Celebration of Life is serving the family. 

Sandi was born in Prairie du Chien on Aug. 30, 1942, to her parents, Bud and Kay Kramer. She attended school through 12th grade, graduating from the Prairie du Chein High School, with the class of 1960.

After meeting the love of her life, she and Al married on Feb. 11. 1961. To this union, three children were born, Lisa, Todd and Shane. 

Her life was devoted to her family and loving the special time spent with everyone. She could always be found tending to her beautiful yard, garden and flowers, while still managing to raise three kids during the week and handling the daily details of their trucking business. She was a strong woman. Making her phone calls, sending cards and letters to her friends and family were always important to her. 

Sandi is survived by her husband, Al; daughter Lisa (Terry); sons Todd (Wendy) and Shane (Nancy); sister Karen LaPointe; grandchildren Brooke (Mark), Heath (Jamie), Tera (Seth) and Logan; great-grandchildren Easton and Kamryn. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Roger and Ken.
