PdC Girls Basketball begins season with win

The Prairie du Chien Blackhawks Girls Basketball team kicked off their 2024–25 season this past Friday night when they faced the La Crosse Logan Rangers.
The Hawks jumped out to a 44-15 lead at halftime, before holding the Rangers to just eight points in the second half. PdC cruised to a 68-23 win.
Prairie du Chien was led in scoring by senior Greenlee Krahn with 21 points (on seven made three pointers). Sophomore Karly Kramer added 16 points (as well as three made three pointers) while senior Tannah Radloff added 12 points (with 10 of those points coming in the first half).
Prairie du Chien earned their first win of the season, while La Crosse Logan fell to 0-1.
Following this past Monday night’s home opener against Mount Horeb, Prairie du Chien returns to the court this Friday when they travel to Wales to compete in the Kettle Moraine Thanksgiving Classic against New Berlin Eisenhower at approximately 3:30 p.m.
The Hawks travel to Fennimore the next night to take on the Golden Eagles starting at 6 p.m.
