Onalaska Luther defeats PdC Volleyball in postseason opener

The Prairie du Chien Volleyball team opened postseason play last Tuesday, Oct. 22 when they traveled to Onalaska to face the Luther Knights in a D3 Regional Quarterfinal contest. 
The host Knights ended the Blackhawks season with a 3-0 defeat. 
Luther earned the sweep with set wins of 25-12, 25-18 and 25-13.
The Hawks end the season with an overall record of 6-25 and 1-9 in the SWC, both improvements from last year. Prairie will also graduate seven seniors: Taia Dressler, Fiona Etemi, Mariah Faulkner, Ava Forde, Greenlee Krahn, Lexi Liska and Alexis Scherer.
