Debra Kay Rose, 68, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at home with her family by her side. She was born on July 2, 1956, in Madison, Wis. and grew up in Fennimore, Wis. Debra was known as Mema and was a friend to many. Mema enjoyed baking, reading, telling stories, and writing mystery stories. Most of all, she adored her grandchildren and friends 

She is survived by her mother, Marion Graser; children, Chad (Jaclyn) Fradette, Kelly (Kenny) Feran; grandchildren, Matthew Marovets, Mackenzie (Noah) Nichols, McKenna Marovets, Morgan Marovets, Macy Marovets, Abigail Fradette, Nathaniel Fradette, Alden Fradette; step-grandchildren, Jessa and Carissa Dyer; great-grandchildren, Xavier Nichols, Evynn, Hayley, and Malcolm Dyer; siblings, Rick Rose, Jodie (Dan) Lease, Tom Graser, Kathy (Jim) Lampe; aunts and uncles, Sandy (Jim) Knapp, Steve (Renee) Green and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Otterbeck; father, Lyle Rose; brother, David Rose; grandparents, Millie (Red) Rudersdorf; aunts and uncles, Bob (Vera) Green, Don (Nancy) Green; cousin Richie Scott; and nephew, Elliot Rose. 

Mema will be remembered as a loving and spunky daughter, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother by her loved ones.
