Warriors 2-2 in final week of regular season

The Central Warriors finished up regular season softball action last week, going 2-2 in the final stretch. 

 

The Warriors’ two wins came over the Postville Pirates. They took both games 12-2 at home, before losing back-to-back contests against the MFL MarMac Bulldogs, 4-2 and 9-4. 

 

Individual and team stats were not available at press time. 

 

Central finished the regular season with an overall record of 3-19, while finishing eighth in the Upper Iowa conference. The Warriors played their opening round playoff game July 8, against the Kee High Hawks.
