Bloomington resident to be inducted in the 2024 Fast Pitch Hall of Fame

The Southwest Wisconsin Fast Pitch Hall of Fame will induct new members on Sunday, June 9 at 2:00 PM at kronshage Park in Boscobel, WI.  An induction ceremony of the 2024 honorees will highlight the fast pitch players’ accomplishments.  This year’s honorees are  Dewey Bockhop of Belmont, Todd Fischer of Boscobel, Duane Simonson of Richland Center, and Tom Martin of Bloomington.  The Friends of the Game being honored are Koschkee Transfer of Fennimore.

The 13th Men’s Fast Pitch Softball Tournament will be held on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9.  Area teams will be competing for the championship.  The championship game will follow the Induction Ceremony.  A high school girl’s tournament will also be held. Food and beer stands will be available all weekend at the Kronshage Park ball diamond.

Donations to help pay for the monument and support future endeavors of the Hall of Fame will be accepted and greatly appreciated and may be mailed to Todd Fischer of Boscobel.  Memorial spaces and paving bricks are available for purchase as well.  The granite monument is located next to the ball diamond and is a wonderful tribute to the players of the game.  Stop at Kronshage Park while you are in Boscobel to see this wonderful monument.
