The Seneca Royals girls basketball team welcomed one conference opponent to town last week, and then traveled to another conference rival three days later.

The Royals welcomed Kickapoo to town on Tuesday, Jan. 23 with the visitors from Viola earning a 68-26 victory. The Royals were lead in scoring by Rita Sime with 12 points, while Kylie Chambers (7 points), Dhyllan Kemp (4 points), and Emma Manning (3 points) rounded out the scoring.

Seneca traveled to Wauzeka three nights later to take the Hornets with the hosts earning a 71-14 victory. Leading the Royals in scoring was Kemp with 4 points. Aylah Baker and Camryn Lenzendorf had 3 points each, while Manning and Sime each had 2 points.

Seneca traveled to Wonewoc on Monday night for a non-conference game at Wonewoc-Center and will return home to host De Soto on Thursday, Feb. 1 at 7 p.m.
