Mark William Reardon, 68, of Guttenberg passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2023, with his loving wife, Deb, by his side.

Funeral services were Saturday, Nov. 4, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Guttenberg, conducted by Pastor Mike Ashman. Visitation was before services at the church.

Burial was at the Guttenberg City Cemetery in Guttenberg.

Mark was born on Nov. 9, 1954, to William and Nadyne (Reque) Reardon in Decorah. Mark graduated from MFL High School in 1974 and went to work for Reardon Oil Co. until 2000, then worked for Kuhlman Construction until his retirement in 2018.

Mark spent his happiest years with the love of his life, Deb Bolsinger, and after years of consideration, was united in marriage on May 22, 2021.

Mark had many interests in his life and almost all had to do with the outdoors: hunting, fishing, boating, snowmobiling, cutting firewood, and Caribbean cruises. He loved spending time with family and friends the most.

Survivors include his wife, Deb; children, Nick (Theresa) Reardon, Valarie (Randy) Jaeger, Scott Smith, Heather Bolsinger and Clay (Dar) Bolsinger; brother, Mike (Dawn) Reardon; sisters, Leesa (Charles) Gilliam and Paula (Mike) Ahlers; in-laws, Billy (Diane) Welsh, Peggy (Mike) Wolfe, Roger Smith, and Randy (Rachel) Smith. Mark will also be loved and missed by 17 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and father-in-law, Billie Smith.

A big thank you to all the neighbors and friends who stopped by for a friendly chat or prayer. Also, thank you to the wonderful and caring staff at St. Croix Hospice, especially Carrie Burke.
