Monica “Mo” Harris, formerly of Lynxville, passed away Aug. 29, 2023 in Delavan, WI, following a brief battle with cancer. 

Mo was born February 17, 1941 in Fennimore, WI, to Charles and Margaret (Goldsworthy) Schaumberg. She grew up in Prairie du Chien and later moved to Kenosha, WI, where she obtained her BA from UW-Parkside and Associate Degree in Nursing from Gateway Technical College. 

Monica moved to Las Vegas with her husband Larry Harris, who precedes her death. After retiring from Nursing in Las Vegas, Mo moved back to Wisconsin and resided in Lynxville. 

Monica is survived by her four children Kathleen Hill (Bruce), Kelly Bilotti (Joe), Kimberly Harris, George Harris (Tess) and 7 grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Mary Ellen Sharp (Jerry), Thomas Schaumberg, Margaret Rumsfeld (John) and Marcia Haas (Denny). 

A celebration of life will take place this fall.
