In 1943 she married Orris Natwick at the EUB church in Prairie du Chien. They farmed near Rising Sun, along with Orris’s mother and brother, where they raised their three children. They moved off the farm in 1972 due to Orris’s failing health. He passed away in 1975.

Her interests were many. She was an avid gardener and enjoyed canning and making sauerkraut. She loved doing crossword puzzles, playing Boggle, watching both Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune, and following the Cubs.

Traveling was also important in her life. She traveled to Europe to see her daughter Carol in 1977. 1980 saw a 5,000 mile car trip through the west. There were many trips to Washington, DC, North Dakota, and Florida to visit family. She also loved shorter trips with Olene Munson to visit relatives.

She is survived by her three children, David of Sturgeon Bay, Carol (Tom) Holbrook of Hudson, Florida, and Dale of Prairie du Chien; five grandchildren, Jeremy, Darlene and Terri of Prairie du Chien, Eric (Susan) of Milwaukee, and Elizabeth (Will) Mank of Sturgeon Bay; four great grandchildren, Chelsey, Ian, Logan, and Lillian; a brother, Don and sister, Karen (Joe) Price; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Orris; daughter-in -law, Caria Natwick and brother, Lawrence and his wife Lavon.

Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. There will be a one hour visitation before services at the church on Saturday.
