Mick Geyer, 81, of Gays Mills, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully to be with Jesus on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.
Mick was born on January 24, 1942, in Hinsdale, Illinois, to Myrtle Namm and George “Mick” Geyer. He was a United States Marine Corp Veteran of the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Geyer of Gays Mills; former wives, Linda Geyer of Texas and Sara Whelton of England; son, Jeff (Laura) Geyer of Texas; daughters, Tina Geyer of Texas and Amanda (Ryan) Magill of Australia; stepdaughter, Cari (Mike) Zeldin of Arizona; grandchildren, Shelby (Clint) Humphrey, Emily Geyer, and Kelley Geyer of Texas, Angelina, Michaela, and Brett Geyer of Texas, and Amelia Magill and Samara Magill of Australia; and great-grandchildren, Maverick Humphrey and Madilynn Humphrey of Texas and Jordan Zeldin of Arizona.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Brett Geyer; daughter Charlotte Geyer; and grandson, Samuel Zeldin.
Donations may be made to St Mary’s Catholic Church of Gays Mills, where he was very involved.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 5, 2023, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Gays Mills. A visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 4, 2023, at Vosseteig Funeral Home in Gays Mills. An additional visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass on Friday at the church. Full military honors and a luncheon will follow the service at the church.
