The Women’s Civic Club Garden on St Feriole Island.

The PdC Women's Civic Club will hold their Annual Membership Drive on Monday, March 27 at the Prairie Du Chien Country Club. There will be a social time beginning @5:30 pm, an hors d’oeuvres style meal served @6 pm, a short meeting and some fun door prizes.
This is a great time to come and learn more about the club.  Anyone living in the PDC area (as well as across the river in McGregor & Marquette) is welcome to join. We are a Club dedicated to contributing to various projects for the betterment of the community we live in. Some of the things we regularly contribute to or put in hours towards are: Operation Santa, Food Pantry, Pick-a-Pack program, Eagles Club Heart Telethon, caring for a large garden on St Feriole Island, various activities @Prairie Maison, Adopt-a-Highway, Girl Power, River Bluffs Animal Shelter, two $500 scholarships @ PDC High School, and also an additional $500 scholarship this year @ MFL MarMac High School. Being a member is also a great way to meet and develop friendships with other civic minded women in the area. Our regular meetings are held @ Huckleberry’s Restaurant the 4th Monday of each month and there is a small membership fee of $10/year. The Club does not meet in July, August, or December.
