Ring in the holiday and shopping season at the Annual Prairie du Chien Holiday Parade presented by the Prairie du Chien Area Chamber of Commerce. This year’s festivities will be held Friday, December 2 at 5:30 p.m. Any business or organization wishing to participate in the parade, please begin lining-up at 5 p.m. on St. Feriole Island. There is no fee to participate. Spectators will kick off the holiday season with spectacular lighted floats and holiday music.

The event draws many spectators, so gather your friends and family to watch lights and music as they come down Blackhawk Avenue. This annual event also serves as a reminder to Shop Local, Shop the Prairie du Chien area this holiday season for your entire gift giving needs!

Santa and Mrs. Claus will be making a special trip back to Prairie du Chien to wish all the holiday parade spectators a “Merry Christmas and to remind them Christmas is only a few weeks away.
