Theresa “Terri” M. Klema, 77, of Bagley, passed Saturday, Sept. 10, 2022, surrounded by her family at Crossing Rivers Health in Prairie du Chien.  

Terri was born on July 12, 1945, in Prairie du Chien. On Oct. 10, 1963, she was united in marriage to Lawrence Klema, Sr. in Prairie du Chien. Terri was employed at Cabela’s for many years, retiring in 2000. She dearly loved spending time with her grandchildren, gardening, baking, and sewing. One of her goals in life was to see how much fabric she could purchase. 

Survivors include her loving husband of 59 years, Lawrence Klema Sr.; her sons, William “Bill” (Ellen) Klema, Tennessee; Scott (Colleen), Seneca, Il; daughter, Shelly (Mark) Mikkelson, Prairie Du Chien; and son, Larry (Tina) Klema Jr., Mendota, Il; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her sister, Patricia (Ken) Hausner; and brother, Jerry (Lorraine) Johnson. 

In addition to her parents, Charles and Irene Johnson, Terri was preceded in death by her brothers: John Johnson and Bob Johnson; sisters-in-law: Karen and Patricia. 

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, Sept 17, 2022, at 1 p.m. at Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Bloomington. Private family burial will be held in Bagley Cemetery, Bagley. 

Friends and family may call on Saturday from 12 p.m. Noon until the time of the services at the funeral home.  Martin Schwartz Funeral Home and Crematory of Bloomington is assisting the family. 

The family of Terri Klema would like to express their sincere gratitude to Crossing Rivers Health and Crossing Rivers Hospice for their care and compassion.
