Dennis Allan Wallin, 57, of Mineral Point passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2022 in his home.

He was born on May 6, 1965, the son of Robert Raymond Wallin and Geraldine Thersea Kasperek. He married Jennifer (Mick) Wallin on May 22, 1993. After graduating West Grant High School in 1984 he worked as a farmer and then as a semi truck driver for Zimmermann Transfer Inc. for over 20 years. When he wasn't working, Dennis loved traveling with his family and being around them. He had a passion for ATVing, working on his land and talking with his cats (Frank and MikeMike).

Dennis is survived by his daughter, Courtney of Milwaukee; his best friend, Jennifer Wallin; his siblings Robert and Kye Wallin of Texas, Brenda and Louis of Galante of Oxford, Iowa and Daniel Wallin of Prairie du Chien; his nieces Chelsea, Danielle, Jessica, and Myah; his nephews Shane, Tony, Christopher, Marcus, Bobby, and Luke. He was also loved by his in-laws Linda and Bob Mick of Fayette, Sheila Mick and Andrew Soper of Fayette and Valerie and Fred Johnson of Albany.

He was preceded in death by his mom and dad.

A Celebration of Life was held on Sunday, Sept. 4, 2022 from 2 - 5 p.m. at the Gorgen Funeral Home in Mineral Point with a Private Family Service that followed. Burial will be the Campbell Cemetery in Eastman, at a later date. In Lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to your local animal shelter
