"Celebrate Guttenberg," an annual celebration featuring food, shopping specials and entertainment, will be held Saturday, Aug. 13, sponsored by the Guttenberg Chamber of Commerce.

This year's event will feature extended hours for the Saturday Farmer's Market, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.  There will be a coffee truck on hand at 8 a.m. 

An ice cream truck will serve scoops from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with the first 200 scoops free, sponsored by Peoples State Bank. Other special food vendors include Holly's Hot Dogs and Jayco Fish and Glazy Daze Dounts. 

Local businesses will feature sales throughout the day. 

Live music will be a special feature, with Beau Timmerman entertaining from 9 a.m. to 12 noon. The day will wrap up with a street dance from 7-10 p.m. in the 400 block of South River Park Drive by "Elizabeth Mary Music."
