NOTICE OF 

PUBLIC HEARINGS

The Plan Commission and Common Council of the City of Prairie du Chien, having before them a recommendation to amend the Prairie du Chien Zoning Code to wit:

The approximately four acres on the south side of parcel #271-0750-0000 formerly known as Blackhawk Junction and that is generally located at 700 East Blackhawk Avenue to be rezoned from “B-2 Highway Commercial” Zoning District to “PCD Planned Community Development” Zoning District.

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Plan Commission in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 214 East Blackhawk Avenue, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, at 5:00 PM on Monday, July 19, 2021 when opportunity will be afforded to all interested parties in being heard relative to the aforesaid and after which the Plan Commission may take action on the petition.

Notice is also hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the City Council in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 214 East Blackhawk Avenue, Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 when opportunity will be afforded to all interested parties in being heard relative to the aforesaid and after which the City Council may take action on the petition.
