Thomas Michael Zeeh, of Prairie du Chien, passed away of a pulmonary embolism at the age of 31, on Saturday, July 3, 2021.

He was a thoughtful and kind son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. Thomas spent his childhood in Dodgeville, loving the times he was able to hunt and fish with his dad, grandpa, uncle and brother. He continued his love of fishing into adulthood at Lake Nancy and the Mississippi River. Technology always interested him, and he put that love to use with a degree from Western Technical College after graduating from Prairie du Chien High School. He was previously employed by Cabela’s and currently by Dependable Solutions. His computer skills made him the family’s official IT resource, much to his chagrin. Thomas was very political and campaigned and attended marches with his family. He shared a love of Harry Potter/Lord of the Rings movies with his siblings and attended several movie festivals with his grandma. He kept in touch with a great group of friends from high school through Thursday night D & D games, camping, and a recent visit to Colorado. The family will always be grateful to that group as they were like a second family that looked out for him. While Thomas was laid back, he had a sharp sense of humor and quick wit that he interjected at just the right moment, often to tease his sister. He will be forever missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his parents, Bart Zeeh and Michelle Kirchman; siblings, Brandt and Anna Zeeh; grandparents, Genevieve Kirchman, Michael Kirchman and Janie Russell, Charley and Susie Zeeh; aunts and uncles, Will Zeeh, Rebecca Kirchman and Hamid Ouali, Mary Kirchman Range and Jeffrey Range, Catherine Kirchman, Jennifer and Scott Folbrecht, Heidi and Scott Hubatch, and Mandi Schwarz-Miller and Jim Miller; and cousins, Annie Ohler, Andrew and Abby Zeeh, Adam and Zayd Ouali, and Maika and Annika Range.

He was preceded in death by his cousin, Maureen Ohler, and special great-grandparents, Sherm and Mickey Millin.

A memorial gathering will be held Friday, July 9, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel in Prairie du Chien. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Mississippi Valley Conservancy in his name. Online condolences may be left at www.garrityfuneralhome.com.
