PUBLIC NOTICE

Couleecap, Inc. intends to apply to the Rural Housing Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, for rural Housing Preservation Grant program funds. 

No funding is available at this time.  However, if funded, deferred loans will be made available to repair and rehabilitate houses of very low-income homeowners in Crawford, Vernon, Monroe, and La Crosse counties (excluding the Cities of La Crosse and Onalaska).

A “Statement of Activities” for the proposed Housing Preservation program is available for public review June 25 through July 14, 2021 at the Couleecap Office, 200 East Blackhawk Avenue, Prairie du Chien.  The “Statement of Activities” is posted on the entrances of the office and posted on Couleecap’s website – www.couleecap.org.
