Darlean L. (Allen) Day,  84, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, May 29, 2021, after a short but difficult illness. Her final days were spent in the presence of her children and grandchildren. 

Darlean is survived by her children Dennis Day (Lucy Urban), Daniel Day (Robin Marolt), Cynthia Irish and Karen Weiher; and sister, Florence Baker. She is further survived by seven grandchildren, as well as great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 

She was preceeded in death by her loving husband, James Day; daughter, Patrica Day-Schreiner; sons-in-law, David Irish and Robert Weiher; parents, Clarence Sr. and Grace Allen; brothers, Charles (Karen) Allen, Clarence Jr. (Helen) Allen, Darrel (Barbara) Allen; sister, Arlove (Raymond) Pete; and brother-in-law, Chester Baker. 

A private family graveside service is planned for a later date. 

The family would like to give a special thank you, for the great care that was provided, to Darlean’s primary care physician, Matt Snikter, and the Crossing Rivers Health Hospice team.
