Colton M. O’Brien, 18, Prairie du Chien, was operating a 1997 Dodge Ram 2500 pickup southbound on Highway 61 when he struck the guardrail along the southbound lane of traffic. The O’Brien vehicle became disabled in the southbound lane. Approximately two minutes after O’Brien crashed, Chasity A.
