Carol Ann Sheber, 69, of Guttenberg, died Friday, March 3, 2017, at UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital in Dubuque.

Visitation was Tuesday, March 7, at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg.

A private family inurnment will be at a later date.

Carol was born on March 3, 1948, in Dyersville, the daughter of Henry and Margaret Wedewer.

Carol was currently retired from many years of bartending. She took pride in making her home look nice by tending to her yard work and her flowers. She enjoyed puzzles, shopping, pool league, going out and visiting with friends. Her greatest passion was her family and she loved spending time with her granddaughters. 

Carol is survived by her two sons, Michael (Hope) Sheber of Marion and Randy Sheber of Guttenberg; two granddaughters, Elizabeth and Avery Sheber and many friends. 

Carol was preceded by her parents and her husband.
