Prairie du Chien defeated visiting Fennimore 42-31 in a nonconference girls basketball game Friday night.
Prairie took the first half 22-16 and the second half 20-15 to earn the victory.
Prairie du Chien is now 1-0 on the season, while Fennimore dropped to 0-2.
Hope Meyer pumped in 14 points to lead the Lady Blackhawks. Molly Mason netted 9 and Gabby Ritchie added 6.
Prairie du Chien will next host Sparta for Parents Night on Nov. 22. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
