Prairie du Chien 

boys beat Westby

Prairie du Chien got off to a tough start with several passes intercepted early in the game, but the Blackhawks came back to beat the visiting Westby Norsemen 54-44 in nonconference boys basketball Friday night. 

After Prairie calmed down, they were able to finish the first half tied with Westby 21-21. 

Prairie du Chien then took the second half 33-23 to earn the victory. 

Nathan Banasik pumped in a game-high 23 points for the Blackhawks. Connor George netted 13. Casey Hogenson added 8.
