The River Ridge volleyball team swept visiting Belmont by scores of 25-12, 25-9 and 25-16 Tuesday night.

The girls had a great "Pink" night. They raised more than $300 to donate to the Grant County Cancer Coalition. All the money for this organization goes to help familes in Grant County that are dealing with all types of Cancer. The girls played well with great consistency. They made few mistakes and played with heart to take the win. This gives River Ridge at least a share of the Conference Championship for the Six Rivers West Conference. Their record is 18-1 Overall, 10-1 Conference. River Ridge got the number 1 seed for the Regional next Tuesday. River Ridge will next host Cassville on Senior Night on Oct. 15.
