Prairie girls 

sweep Lancaster

Prairie du Chien swept visiting Lancaster three games to none in SWC volleyball action Thursday night.

Prairie won by scores of 25-17, 25-15 and 25-13. 

Prairie du Chien improved to 10-10 overall and 3-4 in conference action. Lancaster fell to 0-5 in the SWC.

Paige Rickleff had 6 ace serves, 4 kills and 3 blocks. Maria Skemp had 5 kills, 1 ace, 8 digs and 1 block. Brooke Trautsch had 3 ace serves, 3 kills, 8 assists and 7 digs. Katie Check had 9 digs. Kelly Check had 4 ace serves, 2 kills, 6 assists and 4 digs. Jacqueline LaHaie had 3 ace serves, 2 kills and 8 digs. Lauren Nicholson had 2 ace serves and 3 kills.

Prairie du Chien will next travel to Dodgeville on Oct. 15.
