Holiday Shores Motel sold

The Holiday Shores Riverfront Motel, located along the McGregor riverfront, next to Mr. McGregor’s Beer and Bratz Garden, was sold last week. Motel operations ceased and any reservations were canceled.

“Trilogy Partners, LLC has purchased the building site from Waterside Investment, which operated the Holiday Shores Motel,” confirmed Terry Kerns, who will manage the project. Kerns is also an owner of Edgewood Locker. “We are currently looking at options to improve the building site. We are excited for the opportunity to further the economic development of McGregor and we look forward to being a long-term member of the McGregor community.”

“I realize it’s an important chunk of property for the city,” Kerns added, noting that one of his goals is to share as much information as possible as plans for the site progress.
