Regional Meet, boys take fourth
The River Ridge Track Team competed in the Division 3 Boscobel Regional Tuesday.
The River Ridge girls were the Regional Champions with 120 team points. Boscobel had 113, Fennimore 101, Wauzeka-Steuben 95, De Soto 77, North Crawford 60, Kickapoo-La Farge 46, Ithaca 40 and Riverdale 28.
The top four finishers in each event qualified for the Sectional Meet in Bangor on Friday.
Bridgette Myers was third in the 200 meter dash in 29.23.
Myers was second in the 400 in 1:04.61.
Michelle Cliff was second in the 800 in 2:43.45.
Cliff was fourth in the 1600 in 6:12.80.
River Ridge was third in the 400 relay in 55.94.
River Ridge won the 800 relay in 1:58.14.
River Ridge was second in the 1600 relay in 4:37.90.
River Ridge was second in the 3200 relay in 11:04.99.
Sammy Steiger was fourth in the high jump at 4-8.
Sydney Bloom was second in the pole vault at 8-9.
Myers was third in the long jump at 15-0.5.
Taylor Linder was fourth in the discus at 93.6.
Boscobel won the boys meet with 110 points. Kickapoo-La Farge had 106, North Crawford 104, River Ridge 101, Ithaca 79, Fennimore 71, Riverdale 58, De Soto 50 and Wauzeka-Steuben 19.
Tanner Irish was second in the 100 in 12.135.
Jordan Kline was third in the 100 in 12.14.
Caleb Irish was fourth in the 200 in 24.47.
Marty Fischer was second in the 110 high hurdles in 18.14.
Desmond Crapp was fourth in the 110 high hurdles in 18.81.
Kline was second in the 300 hurdles in 46.11.
Crapp was fourth in the 300 hurdles in 48.14.
River Ridge was third in the 400 relay in 47.62.
River Ridge was third in the 800 relay in 1:38.83.
Crapp was third in the pole vault at 10-3.
