Thomas D. “Tom” Jordie, 63, of Prairie du Chien passed away Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014 at the Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse.

He was born Aug. 26, 1951 in La Crosse, the son of NuVern and Beverly (Young) Jordie. He married Jeanne Crail in Glenview, Ill. on Aug. 26, 1972. Tom was an avid outdoorsman and truly enjoyed travelling and camping. 

He is survived by his wife, Jeanne Jordie of Prairie du Chien; two sons, Brian (Robyn) Jordie of Prairie du Chien, Christopher (Dana) Jordie of Kenosha; and four grandchildren, Tyler,Tanner, Jillian and Olivia Jordie. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 10, at 11 a.m. at the Cornerstone Foursquare Church in Prairie du Chien. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. until time of services. The Garrity Funeral Home is assisting the family.
