A 61-year-old Prairie du Chien man has been charged in Crawford County Circuit Court with OWI (fifth offense).

Jeffery B. Klotzbach faces up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine if convicted.

According to the criminal complaint, Klotzbach has previously been convicted of OWI in 1990, 1991, 1998 and 2010.
