Jeffrey Ramon White, 59, of Guttenberg, died Sunday, Jan. 5, 2020, at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital surrounded by his loved ones.

Visitation was Wednesday, Jan. 8, at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg.

Graveside committal services were Thursday, Jan. 9, at the Guttenberg City Cemetery, conducted by Deacon James Pfaffly.

Ramon was born in Guttenberg on March 26, 1960, the son of Keith and Joan (Leliefeld) White. 

Ramon received his education in Guttenberg where he graduated as a Pirate with the class of 1978. For many years he worked as the parts manager at Brown's Sales and Leasing in Guttenberg and Elkader. He served in the United States Air Force from 1980 till he received his honorable discharge in 1984. On Sept. 14, 1985, Ramon was united in marriage with Donna Jaeger at St. Mary’s Catholic Church and this marriage blessed the couple with two children. Ramon was a member of the American Legion and the Clayton Ridge Grid Iron Club. He certainly had a passion for riding his Harley, fishing, NASCAR and was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Iowa Hawkeyes fan. 

Ramon will be forever loved and cherished by his wife of 34 years, Donna; two children, Randi White and Tim White; grandson, Ethan Rogers; honorary daughter, Samantha Berglin; honorary grandson, Oliver Heidemann; siblings, Steve (JoEllen) White, Brian (Traci) White, Tonya (Todd) Pierce, Norma Wolkenstein, Nancy Heiberg, Anita Gutierrez Galvan; father-in-law, Raymond Jaeger; two brothers-in-law, Ron (Gina) Jaeger and Robert Jaeger; one sister-in-law, Cathy Bechtel and many other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and mother-in-law, Barbara Jaeger. 

In lieu of flowers and all types of sympathy the family has requested memorials and they may be sent to 806 N. 2nd St. Guttenberg, IA 52052.
