Wauzeka-Steuben, River Ridge and Seneca at D3 Boscobel Sectional
Wauzeka-Steuben, River Ridge and Seneca competed in the Division 3 Boscobel Sectional cross country meet on Saturday.
Jacob Reichmann of Wauzeka-Steuben took seventh in 17:23.5 in the boys meet to qualify for the state meet on Oct. 27 in Wisconsin Rapids. The Wauzeka-Steuben boys took third with 94 points at the sectional. Tyler Walters took eighth in a time of 17:35.2 to just miss qualifying for the state meet. Gabe Martin was 21st in 18:27.3. Hunter Marfilius was 28th in 18:43.7. Reed Stenner was 30th in 18:49.9. Zach Martin was 35th in 19:05.7. Isaac Reichmann was 52nd in 19:39.3.
River Ridge scored 241 points to take eighth. Brad Hoffman was 13th in 18:06.5. Brett Kerscher was 18th in 18:25.8. Jon Breuer was 62nd in 19:58.5. Bryly Clark was 73rd in 20:13.2. Zach Zimmer was 75th in 20:19.7. Bryr Clark was 76th in 20:20.0. Sam White was 93rd in 21:15.4.
Travis Zach of Seneca was 91st in 21:06.9.
River Ridge was ninth in the girls meet with 248 points. Faith Webb was 25th in 22:32.1. Jeanne Lecuyer was 41st in 24:02.5. Glenna Marshall was 57th in 25:56.6. Taylor Cooley was fourth in 26:06.9. Olivia Zach was 66th in 27:12.7. Amber Kirschbaum was 67th in 27:15.6.
Wauzeka-Steuben was 11th in the girls meet with 279. Cherish Marfilius was 39th in 23:39.5. Rosie Cooley was 46th in 24:40.3. Haley Atkinson was 61st in 26:18.0. Maureen Cooley was 62nd in 26:23.1. Regan Kramer was 71st in 28:51.6.
Maxine Grover of Seneca was 36th in 22:58.5.
