Linda J. Lessard, 69, of Muscoda and formerly of Prairie du Chien, passed away Thursday, Aug. 2, at Gracious Way Assisted Living in Muscoda.

She was born Nov. 6, 1948, in Prairie du Chien, the daughter of Donald and Ruth (Jones) Lessard. Linda owned and operated the Maytag Laundromat and at the HiWay Grill, both in Prairie du Chien. She loved her nieces and nephews. 

She is survived by her brothers, James (Leanne) Lessard, of Wauzeka, and Mark (Sharon) Lessard, of Horicon. 

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be Tuesday, Aug. 7, at 11 a.m., at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Kyle Svennungsen officiating, with interment in the Calvary Cemetery both in Prairie du Chien. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 9 a.m. until the time of services.
