Bentley Allan Anderson, 11 months, of Prairie du Chien,  passed away at home on Wednesday, April 11.

He was born in Milwaukee Children’s Hospital on April 18, 2017. He was such a fighter who loves his Momma. He fought from the minute he was born to the moment he left this world. His smile could light up any room and his spirit filled the world with such joy. He always made his nurses melt and because of that he always got his way. He is loved by so many and he touched the hearts of everyone he met. He’s our hero. He’s our heart warrior.

He is survived by his mother Chasity (Nathan Hubanks) Anderson, of Prairie du Chien; his grandmother Alicia “Grammy” (Pat “Papa” Timler) Anderson, of Prairie du Chien; his great grandmother Deidra “Nana” Larson, of Soldiers Grove; his paternal grandfather Robert “Papa” (Tanya Sandvick) Anderson, of Gays Mills; his paternal great grandfather Michael “Chopper” (Rhonda) Volden, of Viroqua; his uncle Michael Anderson, of Soldiers Grove; special Aunt and Uncle Deanna and Andy Anderson; his Godparents Samantha and Ben Fuenger; the Dream Team of nurses Lyz and Jen at Milwaukee Children’s Hospital; and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by second cousin, Allan Carl Wallace and many others who are always in our hearts.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 15, at the Sime Funeral Home in Readstown at 5 p.m. Pastor Carrie Anderson will officiate. Friends may call from 1 to 5 p.m., at the funeral home.
