lose to Onalaska

The Prairie du Chien High School boys basketball team hosted sixth-ranked Onalaska in a Tuesday night nonconference tilt.

The game started out close but Onalaska pulled away for a 47-34 win over feisty Prairie du Chien.

Onalaska increased their record to 12-1 overall. They are 6-0 in the Mississippi Valley Conference.

Prairie du Chien is now 8-6 on the season. The Blackhawks are 3-3 in the Southwest Wisconsin Conference.

Prairie du Chien will next travel to Richland Center on Jan. 26 for an SWC contest.
