Diana Lorraine (Ayers) Van Nice, 63, of Beaver Dam, Wis., formerly of Marquette, died Wednesday, Jan. 10, at her home. 

 

Diana was born Nov. 7, 1954, to LaVern and Lorraine Ayers in McGregor. She graduated from Mar Mac High School in 1973. Diana was united in marriage with Jeff Van Nice on May 1, 1993 in Las Vegas, Nev. She was a loving wife and was loved and cherished. Diana worked at Wal-Mart, KFC, American Inn Hotel in Beaver Dam and Bonanza Restaurant.

 

Diana is survived by her husband, Jeff, of Beaver Dam, Wis.; her son, Justin Ayers, of Indiana; a grandchild, Erin Ayers; her mother, Lorraine Ayers, of Prairie du Chien, Wis.; two brothers, Mike (Karen) Ayers, of Stoughton, Wis., and Jon (Teaka) Ayers, of Marquette; and sisters, Barbara Rieck, of McGregor, and Theresa (Eric) Kjosa, of Postville.

 

Diana was preceded in death by her father, LaVern in 2007, and a brother, Robert Ayers in 1986.

 

Private Family Services will be held at a later date. Thornburg-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service of McGregor, is helping the family with the arrangements.
