Pickup truck goes off the roadway

On Tuesday, Sept. 5, at 5:33 a.m., the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a one-vehicle accident in Seneca Township on County F east of Oppriecht Lane.

A westbound 2012 Dodge pickup truck owned and operated by 23-year-old Teagan Cornell of Steuben went off the south side of the road and came to rest against a tree.

There were no injuries.

The road was partially blocked for approximately one hour while the truck was removed.

Cornell was ticketed of inattentive driving.

The vehicle appears to be a total loss.

Assisting were the Seneca Fire and First Responders, Tri-State EMS and Milo’s Towing.
