Slick road causes rollover

On Tuesday, June 20, at 10 a.m., the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department was notified of a one-vehicle rollover on County Road C, one tenth of a mile west of Ridgetop Drive in the township of Utica.

Jesse A. White, 35, La Farge, was traveling west on County Road C in a Hyundai Tiburon. White lost control of his vehicle while negotiating a curve due to the wet roadway. White said it was raining and his vehicle hydroplaned. The White vehicle went into the north side shoulder and over the embankment which caused the vehicle to overturn before coming to rest.

White claimed no injuries from the crash. The White vehicle sustained severe damage from the crash and had to towed by Sleepy Hollow Towing. White was cited for non-registration of an automobile.
