Jane A. Kleinow, 63 of Prairie du Chien, passed away suddenly Sunday, March 19, at the Crossing Rivers Health Care in Prairie du Chien. 

 

She was born Oct. 24, 1953, in Sheboygan, the daughter of William and Anne (Gasser) Hiebing. She married Robert Kleinow on June 4, 1976, in Prairie du Chien. Bob later preceded her in death in 2004. Jane worked for Arvidson Dental in McGregor, Iowa, for over 25 years. 

 

She is survived by her sisters, Julie (David) Sharp, of Madison, Sue (Mark) Draper, of Muscoda, and Amy (Randy) Ludvik, of Prairie du Chien; her sister-in-law Judy Gillitzer, of Prairie du Chien; and a “boatload” of nieces and nephews. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a brother William Hiebing and a sister Mary Beth Sternhagen.

 

A memorial visitation will be Wednesday, March 22, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Garrity Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien. A private family inurnment will be later in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in McGregor.
