Gladys Mae Brown, 89, of Prairie du Chien, passed away March 9. 

 

She is survived by a brother Donald (Phyllis) Toberman; sons Gary (Julie) and Richard (Betty); and daughter Barbara Baxter; daughter-in-law Monica; grandchildren Daniel and Wendy Husman, Alex and Allison Dumke, Orvin and Andrea Kendall, Jarrod and Shari Baxter, John and Kimberly Moseley, Corey and Heather Brown, Nicholas and Stacy Brown, Daniel and Emily Morris, Kevin Brown; great grandchildren Daisy, Charlie, Stella, Avery, Caleb, Elizabeth, Charleigh, Regan, Marissa, Griffin, Scott, Vivian, Jackson and Roy. 

 

She was preceded in death by parents Thomas and Ortence Toberman; husband Myrl (Buster) Brown; son Jeffrey Brown; son-in-law Gary Baxter; daughter-in-law Beverly Brown; grandson Brandon Baxter; brothers Laverne, Lloyd, David, Lawrence, Richard, and a sister Nettie. 

 

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 11, at 11 a.m., at the United Methodist Church, Pastor Barb Cook officiating with burial in the Evergreen Cemetery both in Prairie du Chien. Friends may call on Friday, March 10, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Garrity Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien and at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
