Margaret Agnes Wille, 78, died Friday, July 31, 2015, at Manchester Regional Medical Center in Manchester.

Visitation was Tuesday, Aug. 4,  at Tuecke-Allyn Funeral Home, Guttenberg.

Funeral services were Wednesday, Aug. 5, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Dubuque, conducted by Rev. Steve Rosonke.

Interment was at Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Guttenberg.

Margaret was born on July 3, 1937, in rural Petersburg, the daughter of Victor and Lucille (Koelker) Vaske.

Margaret received her education locally and graduated from high school. On Sept. 5, 1956, Margaret was united in marriage with Lawrence B. Wille at St. Boniface Catholic Church in New Vienna. This union blessed them with nine children. Margaret worked beside her husband on the farm all the while making a home for her family. 

Those left to cherish Margaret’s memory are her children and grandchildren, Diane (Gary) Miller, Andy and Amber; Sharon (Shawn) Cates, Aaron, Jared, Kelly and Becca; Larry (Pam) Wille, Chris, June, Scott, Jeff, Steve, Danny and Sarah; Richard Wille; Sandy (Todd) Ortman, Lisa and Samantha; Duane Wille; Laura (David) Mann and Mercer; siblings, Mary Ann Bries, Dave (Mary Lou) Vaske, Fred (Rose Mary) Vaske, Arnie (Jane) Vaske, Adrian (Diane) Vaske, Rosie (Joe) Wolf, Mark (Doris) Vaske and Mike (Xiomara) Vaske; sisters-in-law, Lorraine Burkle, Rose Mary Menke and Leona Berger; brother-in-law, Bill Kluesner and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, husband Lawrence in 1998; two sons, Dean and Kevin Wille; grandson, Kevin Cates and sisters, Eloise Kluesner and Judy Meyer.

In lieu of flowers and all types of sympathy, memorials are requested to benefit the St. Mary’s Catholic School and they may be sent to 510 S. 2nd St., Guttenberg, IA 52052.
