Martha M. Stuckey, 94, of Prairie du Chien passed away Monday, May 4, at the Crossing Rivers Hospital. 

She was born March 28, 1921 in McGregor, the daughter of Fred and Jessie (Vaughn) Bachtell. She married William McGregor in 1941 who later preceded her in death. She married John Stuckey on Aug. 18, 1946 in Chicago, Ill.. He preceded her in death on Nov. 21, 2004. Martha was a past member of the Eastern Star. 

She is survived by her sons, Michael Stuckey of Crown Point, Ind., Dean (Judy) Stuckey of Dyer, Ind. and William McGregor of Alexandria, Va.; her brother Jack Bachtell of Cedar Rapids; her sisters Betty Allert of McGregor, and Janet Craig of Carmel, Ind.; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands; a daughter Christine Klodowski and a sister Jolene Huckstadt.

A memorial visitation will be Friday, May 8, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Garrity Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien. A private family interment will be later in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in McGregor.
